Senior Software Engineer (Robotics Infrastructure): Support full software development life cycle for Autonomous Vehicle software stack with an accent on building efficient, robust and secure infrastructure enabling responsive, transparent and collaborative product development and testing. Focus on designing performance-critical systems, debugging complex whole-system problems on Linux, and collaborating cross-functionally with hardware engineering teams to integrate new components on self-driving vehicles.

What you will do

• Support full software development life cycle for Autonomous Vehicle software stack
• Build efficient, robust and secure infrastructure for product development and testing
• Debug hard-to-reproduce whole-system problems on Linux
• Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to enable new components on self-driving vehicles

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience
• Extensive experience with programming, system design and algorithm design
• Expert in C/C++ and/or Python
• Excellent debugging expertise on Linux

• Experience with real-time system development
• Experience with distributed systems design and architecture
• Experience with troubleshooting and tuning systems
