What you will do
- Resolve recurring or standard customer problems directly.
- Collaborate with and 3rd party technicians on HW/SW issues.
- Review incident history to identify recurring faults.
- Provide technical support for hardware/software installations, configurations, updates, and daily issues.
- Allocate engineer appointments for on-site jobs and update work orders with status.
- Respond to escalated calls, participate in training, and apply troubleshooting checklists.
Requirements
- Location: Must be in Belgrade, Serbia
- Basic PC literacy, keyboard proficiency, understanding of Windows-based applications/tools.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- Relationship building skills; excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- High school diploma.
