What you will do

  • Provide direct technical support via phone and email for award-winning tax software solutions.
  • Research, diagnose, and resolve system issues for end-users to ensure confident outcomes.
  • Guide customers through software migration journeys to hirify.global's cloud-hosted platform.
  • Manage support queries and ticketing via the Zendesk Service portal.
  • Create and maintain support articles and guidance materials for knowledge management.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools for intelligent search and automated ticket categorization.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in customer support.
  • Bachelor’s qualification in a related area.
  • Experience supporting Windows and SaaS applications.
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills, especially via phone.
  • Must be based in the UK or Ireland for hybrid work.
  • Proficiency with SaaS platforms and digital tools.
