What you will do
- Provide direct technical support via phone and email for award-winning tax software solutions.
- Research, diagnose, and resolve system issues for end-users to ensure confident outcomes.
- Guide customers through software migration journeys to 's cloud-hosted platform.
- Manage support queries and ticketing via the Zendesk Service portal.
- Create and maintain support articles and guidance materials for knowledge management.
- Utilize AI-powered tools for intelligent search and automated ticket categorization.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in customer support.
- Bachelor’s qualification in a related area.
- Experience supporting Windows and SaaS applications.
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills, especially via phone.
- Must be based in the UK or Ireland for hybrid work.
- Proficiency with SaaS platforms and digital tools.
