What you will do

• Create and publish high-performing short-form content across TikTok, Instagram, and Meta platforms.
• Film, edit, and appear in video content to bring creative ideas to life.
• Plan and schedule weekly content calendars aligned with campaign goals.
• Source and collaborate with UGC creators to scale content output.
• Analyze content performance and refine creative direction based on data insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience creating short-form social content with strong engagement.
• Confidence both behind and in front of the camera.
• Working knowledge of TikTok and Meta platform trends and tools.
• Ability to manage content calendars and meet weekly delivery targets.
• Strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and audience appeal.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London (2-3 days per week).
