What you will do

• Develop visually compelling graphics, images, GIFs, and short videos for social media, articles, and internal messaging.
• Plan and schedule regular content across platforms including X, LinkedIn, and YouTube to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas and create targeted campaigns.
• Maintain brand consistency by following established guidelines across all visual and written channels.
• Support the analysis of content performance using engagement metrics to optimize future strategy.

Requirements

• Experience in graphic design using tools such as Figma, Adobe, and/or Canva.
• Proficiency with social media platforms, specifically X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for clear information delivery.
• University degree in marketing or journalism is preferred.
• Ability to work from the Brussels or London hub.

Nice to have

• Experience with After Effects and 3D design programs.
• Strong interest in cryptocurrency and financial markets.
