TL;DR
Content Creator (Social Video): Ideating, shooting, and editing social-native short-form video for Juniper to drive organic growth with an accent on TikTok and Instagram content. Focus on building narrative arcs, hooks, and repeatable formats that translate regulated medical topics into engaging visual stories.
Location: Hybrid setup, 3 days a week in the London Old Street office

What you will do
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form vertical videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) using expert content, UGC, and community footage.
- Own the full organic video production process, including pre-production, creative direction, and post-production.
- Develop strong narrative arcs, pacing, and hooks to maximize audience watch time and engagement.
- Create platform-native captions, motion graphics, overlays, and design elements.
- Version content for A/B testing (hooks, length, CTAs) and repurpose existing video assets.
- Maintain an organized asset library and manage the in-house office studio equipment.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience shooting and editing TikTok/IG-first video for brands, creators, or publishers.
- Proven expertise in short-form storytelling, lighting, framing, and sound recording.
- Ability to translate regulated medical topics into compelling and engaging video content.
- Experience working with lo-fi/UGC footage to make imperfect inputs feel intentional.
- Ability to manage multiple projects on tight timelines and iterate quickly based on feedback.
- Proficiency with professional cameras or smartphones.
