What you will do

• Design high-performing static and video creatives using Figma for digital marketing and performance channels.
• Collaborate with media buyers and product owners to translate performance data into effective visual concepts.
• Contribute to copywriting, including headlines and video ad scripts, to enhance campaign messaging.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify visual trends and improve ad performance.
• Integrate AI tools and emerging creative technologies into the production workflow.
• Organize and systematize creative assets for efficient tracking and reuse.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Creative or Graphic Designer focused on digital and performance marketing.
• Strong proficiency in Figma; experience with motion or video editing tools is a plus.
• Solid understanding of conversion-focused design and performance marketing principles.
• Ability to write persuasive marketing copy and ad scripts.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to apply campaign data insights creatively.
• Must be based in the United States.
