What you will do
- Handle and troubleshoot complex support requests with root cause analysis (HTTP flows, API errors, browser issues, performance).
- Standardize solutions, create and maintain instructions/playbooks for L1/L2 engineers.
- Investigate product bugs and customer errors, collaborate with Product and Engineering on resolutions.
- Proactively analyze logs for root causes, bottlenecks, and patterns.
- Analyze production issues and define tasks for Engineers to fix them.
- Automate routine tasks to boost efficiency and participate in on-call duties.
Requirements
- English B1 or higher
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Jira at administrator level
- Work with logs/monitoring tools (Datadog, Grafana, Kibana)
- Tools for automating administrative tasks
- Understanding of software development principles
- Simple SQL queries
- Process management, teamwork, proactivity
Nice to have
- Google Cloud experience
- Scripting in Bash, Python, Golang
- Incident management (SEV process, on-call)
- Fintech company experience
- Startup experience
