What you will do

• Lead end-to-end optimization cycles from research and hypothesis to design, testing, and rollout.
• Perform deep funnel analysis and competitive benchmarking to uncover high-impact growth opportunities.
• Design high-quality UI/UX mockups to communicate vision and maintain brand integrity.
• Partner with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and deployment.
• Analyze test outcomes with statistical rigor and build a systematic testing roadmap.
• Present insights and results to stakeholders to build alignment and momentum.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels.
• Strong UI/UX understanding and ability to create detailed mockups.
• Proficiency in analytical platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Growthbook.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Must be based within ± 4 hours of CET time zone.
• Proven track record of delivering documented performance lifts.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketing attribution models, UTM parameters, and ROAS measurement.
• Strong project management skills for quick prioritization and execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
