What you will do

• Support and optimize data center IT infrastructure, specifically working with modern GPU cloud clusters.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues and perform physical repairs to ensure continuous operation.
• Install, upgrade, and dismantle hardware based on operational requirements.
• Manage and maintain fiber optic cables and patch cord connectivity.
• Process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) according to established manuals.
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation for hardware configuration and maintenance.

Requirements

• Enrollment in or recent graduation from a college/university in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be eligible to work in the USA without requiring sponsorship.
• Minimum age of 18 by the internship start date.
• Foundational knowledge in data center operations, networking, and hardware.
• Ability to commit full-time for the duration of the internship (minimum 8 weeks).
