What you will do

• Participate in a 3-month intensive training program within the Foundry Engineering team as part of the LAUNCH program.
• Build and integrate computer components into systems for client and internal projects.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver technical solutions and meet project deadlines.
• Analyze technical issues, exercise sound reasoning, and make recommendations for system improvements.
• Document technical configurations and create technical quotes and proposals.
• Travel up to 25% of the time to support client projects and shadowing opportunities.

Requirements

• Degree in a technical discipline completed by June 2026.
• 2+ years of experience with Linux and Windows Operating Systems.
• Existing U.S. work authorization is required (visa sponsorship is not available).
• Basic understanding of computer architecture and server hardware components.
• Strong communication, listening, and documentation skills.
• Proven technical acuity and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, Server+, Security+, VCTA, or CCA-V.
• Prior internship, co-op, or research experience in IT, software, or a relevant field.
• Successful completion of a technical-related bootcamp.
