What you will do

• Provide technical support to customers integrating hirify.global Ethernet products to accelerate design cycles and time to market.
• Manage the full IPU lifecycle, including board bring-up, low-level device initialization, OS driver configuration, and system verification.
• Collaborate with cloud service providers and internal engineering teams to deliver end-to-end customized IPU solutions.
• Develop technical collaterals such as application notes, user guides, and white papers.
• Create and enhance tools to improve product quality and system performance.
• Analyze customer feedback through data mining to drive improvements for next-generation products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in networking fundamentals, including NICs, hardware accelerators, and modern data center protocols.
• Expertise in NIC hardware/software stacks, Linux distributions, PCIe devices, and system debugging.
• Proven experience in Networking Solutions Engineering.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Santa Clara, CA or Hillsboro, OR

Nice to have

• Experience collaborating with Cloud Service Providers and familiarity with RDMA, collectives, and AI benchmarking.
• Understanding of secure boot flows and trusted computing environments.
• Proficiency with GCC, Git, GitHub, RPM, Make files, Shell Scripting, Docker, and Jenkins.
