What you will do

• Lead the maintenance, adaptation, and development of the current IFS installation within the Surveillance Operation Excellence organisation.
• Manage the evergreen versioning of IFS and integrate new technology updates.
• Coordinate and prioritize work in collaboration with the central ERP support organization and external suppliers.
• Hold overall decision-making responsibility for ERP solution architecture and implementation.
• Drive internationalization efforts to enable global collaboration across different countries and regulations.

Requirements

• Expert project management skills with a proven track record.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of business processes and ERP/IFS Applications.
• Ability to take full responsibility for overall ERP solution decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must pass a security vetting process; additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

Nice to have

• Deep technical knowledge of ERP systems, specifically IFS.
• Experience working within large, complex industries.
• Understanding of design, supply chain, and production processes.
• Knowledge of EN9100, Export Control, and information security requirements.
