What you will do

• Drive technical value in deal cycles by aligning integrations with business goals to speed up merchant launches.
• Own onboarding and integrations for new merchants, delivering excellent launch experiences.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to shorten go-to-market timelines.
• Work cross-functionally with tech, product, and operations to simplify integrations and resolve issues.
• Monitor data to identify improvements and strengthen processes.
• Build long-term merchant relationships beyond launch.

Requirements

• University degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in e-commerce or logistics, preferably implementation, technical account management, or commercial excellence.
• Understanding of API integrations; hands-on with Postman or similar a plus.
• Excellent English and Swedish communication and presentation skills; additional European languages advantageous.
• Commercial mindset to shorten time-to-market and improve onboarding.
• Based in Stockholm with travel flexibility.
