Requirements

• University degree in Software Engineering or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading teams using agile methodologies.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and challenge development teams effectively.
• Strong networking skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Lund, Sweden
