What you will do

• Lead and drive change management activities within major IT programs and transformations.
• Collaborate closely with program management, project managers, IT, and business stakeholders.
• Align change initiatives with communication and training strategies.
• Assess organizational readiness, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions, and change impact analyses.
• Develop and maintain change documentation, plans, and reporting structures.

Requirements

• Senior experience as a Change Lead in IT transformation programs within large organizations.
• Proven knowledge of change management frameworks, such as Prosci ADKAR.
• Experience coordinating change management with communication and training efforts.
• Strong understanding of IT project processes and integrating change management into project planning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in Swedish and English.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Stockholm.
