What you will do
- Own product definition and backlog quality, translating strategy into detailed epics and user stories with testable acceptance criteria.
- Align product vision with engineering execution, ensuring solutions follow scalable, event-driven, and secure system designs.
- Lead iteration planning and backlog refinement within agile workflows to ensure high-quality, predictable delivery.
- Track product performance and delivery metrics to inform roadmap adjustments and prioritization.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and mentor team members in modern product management and agile delivery practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner, Product Owner, Software Engineer, or similar role in agile environments.
- Strong technical acumen regarding APIs, system architecture, integrations, and cloud-native ecosystems.
- Proven ability to translate complex business problems into actionable technical requirements.
- Experience balancing feature delivery with platform health, scalability, and security.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Experience with criminal data source fulfillment or regulated data environments.
- Familiarity with AI implementations.
