What you will do

• Own P&L including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and alignment with business goals.
• Drive product and financial innovation by supporting roadmap with new financial products and tools.
• Oversee daily operations like clearing & settlement, collateral management, invoicing, treasury, cash flow, and liquidity.
• Lead accurate financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory standards.
• Maintain regulatory compliance collaborating with legal and compliance teams.
• Manage relationships with banking partners, exchanges, and financial institutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, legal, and tech teams while monitoring crypto industry trends.

Requirements

• 6-8 years experience as Financial Controller or similar in fintech or banks.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and DeFi desired.
• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Professional certifications (CPA, CFA) are a plus.
