Site Reliability Engineer

TL;DR

Site Reliability Engineer (AWS/Kubernetes): Take ownership of production services ensuring reliability and scalability with an accent on infrastructure management, performance benchmarking, and operational efficiencies. What you will do

• Co-own production services for reliable and scalable operation.
• Deliver new features and manage day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate on operational improvements via metrics and analysis.
• Develop and maintain application performance benchmarks.
• Drive efficiencies in code releases and performance monitoring.
• Provide SRE support including tooling, automation, CI/CD, and on-call rotation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting AWS infrastructure.
• Managed full lifecycle of containers to production with self-managed Kubernetes, ECS, or EKS.
• Built custom tools when needed and CI/CD for production deployments.
• Solve problems in distributed Linux systems and trace requests across apps, systems, networks.
• Hold CKS (Kubernetes security) certification.
• Proficient in at least two programming languages for automation.
• Fantastic communication skills to explain complex ideas.
