What you will do

• Improve monitoring, alerting, and observability for production services.
• Orchestrate incident response, identify root causes, and define prevention strategies.
• Collaborate with R&D and Support teams to guide service integration and optimization.
• Document and automate manual tasks using Python, shell scripts, ArgoCD, and Ansible.
• Write RCAs and communicate technical issues to stakeholders.
• Conduct periodic on-call duties to ensure system uptime.

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience as an SRE or Infra Backend in a SaaS environment.
• Must be located in US Pacific Time.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Bash.
• Extensive experience with monitoring tools like DataDog, Splunk, or Prometheus.
• Hands-on experience with Linux systems, Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
• Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and configuration management (Ansible).

Nice to have

• Professional experience with cryptocurrencies or blockchain technology.
• Deep knowledge of Linux optimization, Nginx, and MySQL.
• Participation in previous Kubernetes migration projects.
• Background as a C++ or Node developer.
