What you will do
- Build agentic infrastructure spanning the full company.
- Own AI tooling strategy: evaluate vendors, decide build-vs-buy, implement tools, drive adoption.
- Design and deploy internal applications using AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Replit to solve workflows for non-technical teams.
- Create and maintain integrations across core systems (CRM, HRIS, project management, communication).
- Run office hours, training sessions, and create documentation for self-service adoption.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI tool usage, data handling, and security.
Requirements
- Technical practitioner who understands AI models deeply (attention, context windows, inference tradeoffs, tool use) and has shipped real automation systems.
- Battle-tested experience with AI-assisted development and strong opinions on what works, grounded in first principles.
- Automation obsessive who eliminates manual processes relentlessly.
