What you will do

• Unify logging, security events, and other auditability functionality within the platform.
• Collaborate with legal and sales teams to communicate security posture, functionality, and compliance.
• Partner with DevOps to promote strong security positions and tight network boundaries.
• Own security surfaces end-to-end, across code, cloud infrastructure, and customer conversations.
• Help form and evangelize engineering direction and culture regarding security needs.

Requirements

• Strong experience with TypeScript across both backend and frontend.
• Production experience with Google Cloud Platform, specifically IAM, service accounts, and project isolation.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Pulumi.
• Practical experience designing audit logs, SIEM, and complex permissioning/access control systems.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience as a technical lead for a team or vertical.
• Familiarity with SOC 2, vendor risk reviews, and security questionnaires.
• Prior experience in regulated or compliance-heavy environments.
• Comfort working directly with customers or sales in technical contexts.
