What you'll do

• Architect file processing backbone: upload systems and two-way sync engines.
• Build document parsing pipelines transforming raw files into AI-ready data.
• Design APIs and integrations with enterprise systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, SharePoint, Google Drive).
• Implement admin features like SSO/SCIM, audit logs, DLP hooks.
• Optimize for reliability: job orchestration, backoffs, health monitoring to reduce breakage/latency.
• Collaborate with founding team and engineers on technical decisions balancing speed/security/quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years building production backend systems.
• Strong Node.js, TypeScript, React.
• Experience with API integrations to enterprise systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, SharePoint, Google Drive).
• Solid Postgres and database design knowledge.
• Based in US or Canada.
