What you will do
- Manage incoming service requests efficiently and assign to technicians
- Prioritize, monitor progress, and ensure prompt service delivery per contracts
- Maintain communication with technicians and internal teams for updates
- Drive execution of field activities within assigned geographies
- Identify resource issues and productivity gaps, sharing insights effectively
- Resolve unique circumstances and prevent contractual misses
Requirements
- Minimum C1 Czech and B2 English language skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, writing, speaking, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
- Sense of urgency in daily tasks
- Willingness to work shifts (8:00-20:00)
