What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations in Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Configure entities, forms, views, business rules, and process automation to meet business needs.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using APIs, web services, Power Platform, and Azure tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct unit and UAT testing, manage deployments, and optimize performance.
• Provide support, troubleshooting, documentation, and ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, security, and compliance.

Requirements

• Must reside within continental US.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, development (JavaScript, C#, .NET, Power Platform).
• Experience with Dynamics APIs, web services, integration tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Prior federal government or VA experience with CRM solutions.
• Active or ability to obtain government clearance.
• Experience with data migration, ETL, Agile/Scrum, Azure services, DevOps.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.
