What you will do

• Support the sales cycle by providing functional expertise and solution advisory for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Lead discovery sessions and analyze client business processes to align D365 F&O capabilities with customer objectives.
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations and scenario-based solution walkthroughs.
• Collaborate on RFI/RFP responses, bid management, solution scoping, and preparation of Statements of Work (SOW).
• Perform fit-gap analysis and develop high-level solution designs and functional specifications.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure feasible transitions from presales to implementation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Functional Consultant, Solution Consultant, or Solution Architect with D365 F&O.
• Strong understanding of D365 F&O modules and implementation methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with presales activities including discovery workshops, demos, and proposal development.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solution designs and "as-is/to-be" process maps.
• English: Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional qualification.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications.
