Functional Consultant (Dynamics 365/Power Platform): Designing, developing and supporting business solutions for a leading academic qualifications provider with an accent on automating and improving business processes through low-code/no-code solutions. Focus on translating business needs into scalable technical specifications and integrating AI capabilities via Copilot Studio.

Location: Hybrid (Manchester, UK) — minimum 2 days per week in office

Salary: £50,362 – £59,170

What you will do

• Design, build, and deliver scalable solutions using Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.
• Manage a portfolio of changes end-to-end, from initial concept and design through to release and support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into effective technical specifications.
• Act as the technical authority for solutions, resolving escalated issues and guiding architectural best practices.
• Champion system adoption, governance, and data quality across the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering solutions using Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Technical proficiency with Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Copilot Studio.
• Strong ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with a passion for process optimization.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Manchester for a minimum of 2 days per week.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Professional certification.
• ITIL certification.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps tooling.
