What you will do

• Implement and maintain security controls based on NIST frameworks, CIS benchmarks, and PCI standards.
• Design and manage a secure Azure/Entra cloud environment following security best practices.
• Develop security automation scripts using PowerShell for system hardening and compliance validation.
• Manage security incidents, zero-day vulnerabilities, and critical patching efforts.
• Implement Zero Trust architecture and ZTNA to support remote and cloud workloads.
• Evaluate and secure AI-enabled tools and platforms in alignment with security and data governance standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in systems administration.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with Microsoft technologies and security hardening.
• Expert knowledge of NIST frameworks, CIS benchmarks, and PCI standards.
• Proficiency in security automation using PowerShell or other scripting languages.
• Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).

Nice to have

• ITIL, Azure-Entra/Microsoft, or security certifications (Security+, CISSP, CCSP).
• Experience with security monitoring solutions like Splunk or Syslog.
• Experience with risk management platforms for audit readiness.
