What you will do

• Identify and analyze growth opportunities for user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Develop, execute, and iterate on growth experiments to scale the Grass network.
• Design and launch ambassador programs to expand reach via grassroots initiatives.
• Build relationships and coordinate campaigns with influencers, creators, and niche communities.
• Track and analyze KPIs to measure success and inform strategic decisions.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to refine growth strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a growth, marketing, or creative role.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions.
• Experience building and managing ambassador or influencer programs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use first principles and systems thinking to solve problems.
