What you will do

• Support the editorial process for academic research journals within your domain of expertise.
• Organize the peer review process for submitted manuscripts and coordinate editorial decisions.
• Manage email communication between authors, reviewers, and editorial staff.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure articles are published according to tight deadlines.
• Maintain high consistency and accuracy in the publication of scholarly articles.

Requirements

• PhD (preferred) or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, AI, or related fields.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational, time management, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, international team environment.
