Head of Editorial (AI)

Location: Remote; United Kingdom, Spain, the Netherlands or Poland. Candidates must be based in an eligible EU location, the UK or Ireland.

What you will do

• Own hirify.global's editorial standard, brand voice and final editorial quality across the customer experience.
• Build and maintain the style guide and establish an editorial review layer with clear quality criteria.
• Lead, develop and hire copywriters while providing direct, actionable feedback.
• Set the editorial AI strategy, including use cases, quality gates and areas where AI should not be used.
• Write for key projects, campaigns and launches while coordinating language across lifecycle, web, paid, social and product surfaces.
• Build intake and prioritisation processes that support growing demand without lowering standards.

Requirements

• Evidence of leading editorial standards through people management, mentoring or senior individual-contributor influence.
• Experience producing high-volume marketing and conversion copy in a fast-moving technology or digital environment.
• Native-level English and exceptional written English.
• Demonstrable editorial AI fluency, including policy-setting, checking layers and quality management.
• Experience creating editorial standards, style guides or review processes from scratch and developing writers who improved measurably.
• Must be based in an eligible EU location, the UK or Ireland.

Nice to have

• Fintech, financial services or regulated-industry experience.
• Experience owning voice across marketing and in-product copy.
• Experience managing source-language content for multi-market localisation.
• Experience building or managing a freelance writer network.

Hiring process

• 30-minute screening call and conversation with the VP of Brand.
• Three-hour editorial task with a follow-up discussion, followed by a cross-functional panel and conversation with the writers.
• Final interview with the CMO.
