What you will do

• Oversee daily operations and staff development of the Uniforms Team to ensure operational excellence.
• Manage inventory rigorously, maintaining accurate stock records and processing re-stocking requests.
• Develop and implement operational protocols to streamline inventory management and improve dealer appearance consistency.
• Manage team activities, including attendance tracking, scheduling, holiday planning, and monthly KPIs.
• Engage with suppliers, lead negotiations, and maintain strong relationships to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Produce high-quality reports on operational performance and handle team disciplinary documentation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE.
• English: Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in stock management.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in managing teams or performing in coordination roles.
• Proficiency in PC literacy and familiarity with stock management software.
• Strong interpersonal skills and high level of self-discipline regarding appearance standards.

• Background in the fashion industry, textiles, or uniform design.
