What you will do

• Conduct market analysis to identify qualified suppliers and evaluate industry trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage the end-to-end sourcing process, including requests for quotation (RFQs), requests for proposal (RFPs), and supplier bid evaluations.
• Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams to perform supplier audits and capability assessments.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve the best total cost of ownership and develop long-term strategic partnerships.
• Ensure all sourcing activities comply with company policies and international regulations such as ITAR, export controls, and REACH.
• Partner with Engineering and Program Management to align sourcing decisions with technical requirements and program milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–8 years of procurement or sourcing experience, preferably within propulsion systems, aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing.
• Proven experience in conducting supplier negotiations and managing complex sourcing projects.
• Strong proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and sourcing tools.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in global supply chains.
• Must be based in or able to work in Abu Dhabi, AE

• Professional certifications such as CIPS, ISM, or APICS.
