What you will do

• Process purchase requisitions and maintain accurate procurement logs within the ERP system.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and prepare detailed techno-commercial comparison sheets.
• Negotiate pricing, quality, delivery, and commercial terms while proactively managing risk.
• Manage supplier relationships, qualify new products, and coordinate logistics and shipping arrangements.
• Maintain comprehensive procurement files, contract records, and audit documentation.
• Monitor supplier performance and handle claims, shortages, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
• Professional certification or training in procurement or purchasing.
• Minimum 4 years of procurement experience.
• Must be a UAE National (Emirati Talent).
• Strong understanding of confidentiality and supplier qualification processes.
