What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable insights for decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business needs and objectives.
• Develop detailed functional specifications and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to identify gaps and propose innovative solutions.
• Conduct impact analysis and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows and user guides.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by defining test cases and validating results.

Requirements

• 4 years of expertise in Business Analysis and Business A&P.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience in facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings to drive consensus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Certification: CBAP or PMI-PBA required.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model.
