What you will do

  • Define and lead the global tokenization strategy, aligning with market opportunities and business goals.
  • Drive development and scaling of tokenization solutions for payments, trading, and asset digitization.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver compliant solutions.
  • Build strategic partnerships with clients, financial institutions, and ecosystem players.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and ensure global compliance.
  • Identify market opportunities and create scalable product offerings and revenue streams.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing teams.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in fintech, digital assets, or financial services, focusing on tokenization or blockchain.
  • Proven track record in senior leadership, driving strategy and execution at scale.
  • Deep understanding of cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, and financial infrastructure.
  • Experience with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of global regulatory frameworks for digital assets.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset for fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA) is a plus.
