Location: Hybrid in Malaysia (Bandar Utama, Petaling Jaya, Selangor)

What you will do

  • Translate the CEO's vision into actionable operational roadmaps and track strategic goals via OKRs.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure productivity, compliance, and the implementation of standard operating procedures.
  • Manage operational costs, billing, and collections in collaboration with the Finance department.
  • Prepare data-driven analysis and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
  • Lead strategic, cross-functional projects from inception to completion to support company scaling.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings and synchronize efforts across Finance, HR, Marketing, and Operations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, or strategy, preferably in high-growth startups.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Experience working directly with senior executives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of finance and execution strategy.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Malaysia (Hybrid)

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, digital platforms, or founder-led companies.
