What you will do

• Manage P&L and drive revenue growth for the German branch.
• Define and execute local market strategies for client acquisition and distribution.
• Build, lead, and scale local commercial and support teams.
• Act as the senior locally accountable executive for the German regulator and other authorities.
• Ensure full compliance with local laws, MiFID II, AML/CTF, and consumer protection rules.
• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and coordinate with group functions like Risk, Legal, and Finance.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in a regulated financial services firm (brokerage, trading, banking, fintech).
• Strong knowledge of German financial regulation and EU regulatory frameworks.
• Proven commercial leadership with direct P&L ownership.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Experience as a credible senior counterpart for financial regulators.
