What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from business requirements gathering through implementation and user testing.
• Configure Procore modules including Project Management, Financials, Quality, Safety, and Resource Management.
• Manage critical integrations between Procore, NetSuite, and Palantir Foundry.
• Define and enforce functional governance to prevent template sprawl and uncontrolled customization.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Construction, Finance, Procurement, and Legal to align project requirements.
• Lead post-go-live stabilization and provide functional support to ensure system reliability.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on Procore experience with multiple full-cycle implementations.
• Strong background in construction and capital project fundamentals (commitments, change management, RFIs, submittals).
• Proven experience integrating Procore with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite.
• Experience working in data center, infrastructure, or capital-intensive build environments.
• Ability to simplify complex system designs and avoid unnecessary technical debt.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Palantir Foundry or similar data and analytics platforms.
• Background in managing document management and scheduling platforms.
