What you will do

• Define clear value propositions and positioning for product features and user experiences.
• Develop player insights, personas, and segmentation frameworks to guide product decisions.
• Own the go-to-market strategy for new features, product launches, and enhancements.
• Partner with Brand, CRM, and Affiliates to ensure consistent positioning across all channels.
• Act as the voice of the player within product teams to influence feature prioritization and roadmap.
• Monitor player engagement and commercial performance to refine messaging and propositions.

Requirements

• Experience in Product Marketing, Strategic Marketing, or Proposition roles within digital products.
• Proven track record of defining value propositions and leading go-to-market launches.
• Experience partnering closely with product teams in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong understanding of player/customer behavior and segmentation in consumer digital products.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Gibraltar, Malta, or the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, digital entertainment, or gaming industries.
• Previous experience within the gambling sector.
