What you will do
- Execute localized casino strategies and manage product roadmaps, coordinating with development team for integrations and launches
- Build relationships with third-party suppliers and content providers, coordinating promotional activities and content localization
- Collaborate with CRM, VIP, Operations, and Customer Service on bonuses, campaigns, and best practices
- Monitor KPIs, develop reports/dashboards, conduct competitor analysis, and provide actionable insights
- Support compliance, bonus abuse mitigation, and development of casino mechanics for player engagement
- Mentor junior team members and enhance player journey with UI/UX team
Requirements
- Strong understanding of games, providers, iGaming trends, and player dynamics
- Proven experience as Casino Manager / Senior Casino Manager / Casino Product role across multiple brands/markets, including regulated environments
- Knowledge of brand launches, technical integrations, casino content configuration, supplier management
- Commercial mindset focused on ROI, player behavior analysis, CRM strategies
- Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills; hands-on in fast-paced environment
