What you will do

• Define and drive the long-term product and technology strategy in alignment with business goals and market opportunities.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and roadmap planning to delivery, optimization, and iteration.
• Manage and mentor the Heads of Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, QA, Product Management, and UX/UI.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), and ensure compliance with cybersecurity and iGaming regulatory frameworks.
• Establish KPIs and OKRs to measure product success, technical performance, and team effectiveness.
• Communicate product vision and technical strategy to board members, investors, and partners.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role such as CTPO, CTO, or VP of Engineering/Product.
• Strong background in iGaming digital product environments.
• 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional product and engineering teams.
• Hands-on expertise in scalable frontend, middleware, and backend systems, as well as mobile and web application development.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Relocation to Malta is required if not already based there.
