What you will do

• Own operational control tasks, including customer order validation, capacity cost control, and performance tracking.
• Analyze financial results and ensure data accuracy and consistency across global systems.
• Support business partners in AP PAC and PEC service organizations with financial analysis and recommendations to meet targets.
• Contribute to global finance development initiatives and ensure local implementation of tools and processes.
• Collaborate with service leaders and global finance colleagues to optimize operational controls.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance or controlling roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, IPM, BAM, or POP.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize under pressure.

Nice to have

• Experience in production controlling.
• Ability to act as a key user and trainer for reporting tools.
