What you will do

• Coordinate monthly financial close, analysis, and legal entity reporting in collaboration with GBS Manila.
• Oversee statutory books and US GAAP reporting to ensure full compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Maintain a robust internal control environment and lead SOX certification and remediation processes.
• Partner with the Leadership Team and FP&A to provide financial insights for strategic decisions and expansion initiatives.
• Manage plant and production cost accounting, including standard costing, investment analysis, and operational performance improvement.
• Lead a high-performing controllership team, focusing on talent development and a culture of accountability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
• 10–15 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis, including 3–5 years in a management role.
• 3–5 years of experience in plant-level accounting and standard costing systems.
• Proven experience in public accounting and/or external auditing.
