AR Accountant (Japanese Speaking)

What you will do

• Conduct AR operations for Japanese entities, handling customer acceptance and payment notifications.
• Prepare and maintain AR sub-ledgers and perform necessary journal entries in the system.
• Reconcile daily bank deposits with AR records and resolve discrepancies in coordination with sales.
• Prepare overdue reports and perform follow-ups with customers to ensure timely payment.
• Manage intercompany AR collection and set up master data in workflow systems.
• Support monthly closing activities and continuous improvements in AR processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a related field.
• Native Thai speaker.
• Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N3 or above), including Kanji.
• Strong spoken and written English skills.
• Willingness to work on-site at hirify.global Services (Thailand) Ltd. in Samutprakarn.

Nice to have

• Experience in the manufacturing industry or production environment.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
