TL;DR
Senior Windows Server Engineer (Windows Infrastructure): Reinforcing high-availability Windows Server infrastructures in a critical production environment with strict security, performance, compliance, and SLA requirements. Focus on improving and automating environments, providing Level 3 support, advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and coordinating cross-team technical initiatives.
Location: Luxembourg, on-site presence required 3 to 5 days per week (remote work possible but limited), flexible hours 07:00-19:00 with core 09:00-16:00

What you will do
- Contribute to technical infrastructure projects and manage small cross-team initiatives
- Improve, stabilize, and automate Windows Server environments using PowerShell scripting
- Provide Level 3 support including incident handling, advanced troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
- Produce technical documentation and operational procedures
- Perform knowledge transfer and support Level 2 teams
- Ensure compliance with security, quality, and operational processes
- Coordinate technical activities across stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in IT environments
- Experience in critical production contexts with high availability and strict SLAs
- Strong expertise in Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 (2025 a plus)
- Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills
- Hands-on knowledge of WSFC, Active Directory, ADFS, ADCS/PKI
- Strong understanding of Microsoft security hardening and cybersecurity best practices
- French and English required
- On-site presence required 3-5 days per week in Luxembourg
