TL;DR
System Administrator: Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring smooth IT operations and high employee satisfaction. Focus on diagnosing problems, managing IT equipment procurement and distribution, and supporting online broadcasts.
Location: Kyiv, Ukraine. Hybrid format: 3-4 days per week in the office.

What you will do
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, or in-person.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems, escalating complex issues to senior staff.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
- Maintain records of support requests using the ticketing system and collaborate on IT process improvements.
- Manage IT equipment procurement, issuance, returns, and coordination with couriers for remote employees.
- Prepare and support strategic online broadcasts and presentations, and train end-users on IT systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac OS, Office 365.
- Experience with Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, ESET, Exchange 2019, Microsoft 365.
- Familiarity with network concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or in a team.
