What you will do

• Lead the prioritization and execution of website operations to optimize user experience and conversion rates.
• Manage the coordination of website projects, including new page creation, campaign landing pages, and product updates.
• Streamline internal marketing request processes to improve turnaround times for web assets.
• Collaborate with web developers, SEO teams, and designers to maintain site performance and deliver updates.
• Support strategic marketing initiatives focused on lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
• Coordinate marketing assets and timelines for events, webinars, and regional initiatives to drive pipeline growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing operations or project management, ideally within a SaaS or technology company.
• Proven experience managing website projects, including CMS platforms and SEO best practices.
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency with project management tools to align stakeholders.
• Experience streamlining marketing workflows and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating across marketing, product, design, and development teams.
• Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel
