What you will do

  • Partner with C-Suite and VP levels to translate business objectives into comprehensive global talent strategies.
  • Lead global workforce planning and forecast hiring needs across R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Ops.
  • Mentor and scale a high-performing global TA team while fostering a culture of operational excellence.
  • Design and implement a scalable recruitment infrastructure, including processes, tech stack, and workflows.
  • Drive a data-centric recruiting culture by optimizing metrics such as Quality of Hire and Pipeline Velocity.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) in competitive global markets.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in Talent Acquisition, with 3+ years in senior leadership (Director/Head of) within high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience managing hiring across multiple regions, specifically Israel and the US.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale TA processes effectively.
  • Strong data fluency and experience utilizing ATS analytics and BI tools to drive decisions.
  • Passion for connecting talent with meaningful opportunities and building world-class teams.
