Location: Fully on-site in Tel Aviv, Israel (5 days a week)

What you will do

• Partner with founders to define hiring needs, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
• Design and implement hiring processes and interview frameworks across Israel and the US.
• Own the full recruitment funnel from role definition to onboarding and candidate experience.
• Lead hands-on hiring for R&D, AI, Product, and GTM roles.
• Execute high-precision sourcing using Boolean search and market mapping.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in high-growth, top-tier startups (SaaS/AI preferred).
• Proven success hiring across Israel, the US, and Europe.
• Deep hands-on sourcing expertise, including Boolean and proactive hunting.
• Experience implementing recruiting systems and AI tools.
• Excellent English proficiency and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in Tel Aviv for a fully on-site role.
